用途 A fluoroquinolone antibiotic and inhibitor of type II bacterial topoisomerases.
生化机理 Gatifloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, with potent activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Gatifloxacin also inhibits bacterial topoismerase II (Topo II).
备注 Gatifloxacin is an antibiotic of the fourth-generation fluoroquinolone family.
