产品介绍	牛胰腺脱氧核糖核酸酶（又称DNA酶）是一种核酸内切酶，它作用于磷酸二脂键，特别针对毗邻嘧啶核苷的键，从而产生3‘ 末端带自由羟基和5‘ 末端带磷酸盐的多聚核苷酸。酶作用的最佳pH值为7.8。DNA酶能被二价金属活化，被鳌合物如EDTA和十二烷基硫酸钠抑制。浓度为5 mM的钙离子可作为稳定剂，以保护DNA酶不被水解酶分解。
