生化机理 Iodoacetic Acid, Sodium Salt is a reagent shown to be used to modify cysteine residues in proteins to ultimately inhibit cysteine proteases. Iodoacetic Acid, Sodium Salt has been observed to slightly inhibit the O-hexyl O-2,5-dichlorophenyl phosphoramidate hydrolyzing activity in hen plasma.
